DELIVERY
We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours.
UK: FREE DELIVERY: Orders will be sent via standard tracked Royal Mail.
EUROPE: £14.00 orders will be sent via standard tracked Royal Mail.
** Please note that we are unable to ship any orders to Europe at the present time. Please check for update. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.**
INTERNATIONAL WORLDWIDE ORDERS OUTSIDE EUROPE: £20.00 via standard tracked Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TIMES: Orders are processed for delivery on working days only. (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public holidays), – you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
If your order is placed prior to 1pm Monday-Friday, it will be dispatched the same day and you should receive it within 2-3 working days in the UK. For orders placed outside UK it can typically take between 5-10 working days. If your order is placed after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. If there is ever a reason for a delay, we will be in touch.
UK: We dispatch via tracked Royal Mail Standard delivery which typically takes 2 – 3 working days.
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES: We dispatch via tracked Royal Mail, delivery typically can take up to 10 working days but for some countries it may take longer.
CUSTOM CHARGES: Please note you are responsible for any custom payments for deliveries outside of the UK. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. For more information on duties, handling fees and taxes that may apply to your purchase, we strongly recommend you check your local customs website prior to placing your order with us. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures.

We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered items due to circumstances which are out of our control. If you have not received your item (s) please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
RETURNS
Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days.
Returns will be at your own expense and you must ensure that goods are packaged adequately to protect from damage. We recommend you obtain proof of posting from your parcel carrier. (This is a free service from Royal Mail). Once we receive the goods in an acceptable condition we will issue you a full refund. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights. We will issue the refund on the price you paid as per your receipt, but excluding postage.
For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on opened items. If your product appears damaged or faulty upon opening, please contact us within 48 hours for a full product replacement. (Photographic evidence of the damaged goods required).

We are unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or allergic reactions. Please be sure to always read the full ingredients list, suitability information and directions of use on the product description before placing your order.
Refunds are made within 14 -21 working days of an order being cancelled (to the original payment method) and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt. Unfortunately, delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please contact: info@botanyxskincare.com.
CANCELLATION: You can cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. To amend any mistakes within your delivery address, please contact us within one hour of placing your order. Unfortunately once your order has been shipped, we cannot redirect your parcel.
VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS: Due to the natural ingredients in our products sometimes you may notice minor colour variations between batches. These are caused by seasonal changes, rainfall and minor natural fluctuations. These changes do not affect the efficacy or quality of the products.
PRICE MODIFICATIONS: Prices for our products and delivery are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify, use another postal carrier or discontinue the service without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
